Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, regional health care managements have been activated in Swedish counties during spring 2020. The aim of the study is to observe the work of the management and collect unique data from their work during spring and summer 2020.
Personnel in the regional health care management work under high strain and ethical pressure during long times, with decisions made concerning resource shortages and prioritization. The pandemic serves a unique opportunity to collect information from the experiences of working in the regional management, and increase knowledge on sustainable working conditions for personnel in the management, today and in the future.
